With more than 25 years of experience in the thermal spray industry, Matthew oversees the day-to-day operations of EPC’s newest facility. His responsibilities include developing a high-performing operations team, establishing a strong customer base in the United States, and managing the business in line with strategic sales and financial objectives. Under his leadership, the Grand Rapids facility has continued to grow into a key hub for advanced coating and surface engineering solutions, attracting and supporting new customers year after year.
Advancing “Made in America” Capabilities
Looking ahead, EPC USA is entering an exciting new phase. As Matthew Wolfe explains:
“With the first thermal spray coating systems expected to be built soon, we are pushing forward with a strong ‘Made in America’ approach, integrating our Dutch-based coating technology know-how with a strong USA manufacturing footprint.”
